11:19 pm - Damn Good Times So I got up Monday mornin' at 6 after a total of 4 hours of sleep, had a full 3 classes, getting out at 9:30PM, of course. After that, went over to Kirsten and Carina's for the night (as Haley was going over to Erica's place), where there was much costume building, CSI, Burimyu NCItBS, and general randomery. (Carina's Haseo costume is fantastic looking.) After sleeping in muchly, Kirsten and I went to Daiso this afternoon, the Japanese Dollar store that I had no idea existed. And is FANTASTIC. Going back for more random junk, and supercheap household items. After leaving there, I went to the animation lab to see if I could catch Haley, since she had a class there. She wasn't there, but Yaël and Beau were, so we went to Subway. Tuesday's special is Meatball Marianara subs. Fantastic, and ridiculously messy. Then we went back to the lab where I tried to help Yaël with her homework. But due to me being a bit off from Dog allergies and sleepiness, I don't think I was actually much help at all. And that's when things got a bit... unfortunate. For some reason, my left eye got EXTREMELY irritated and ridiculously red, and the eyelid swelled up amazingly. I think I might have gotten a dog hair under my eyelid after the fact. Then to the bathroom for like 20 minutes washing out my eye. It was not a comfortable three hours while the swelling died down. So I get home, and Haley comes back, and her laptop won't turn on anymore. I take the whole damn thing apart, and figure the problem is between the power supply and the motherboard, but I can't fix the problem with the big normal tools I have at the apartment. So we're sending it back, but Haley has most of her work on it, so I still have yet to figure out a plan to get her stuff off there, in case they wipe the drive while repairing the laptop, or something dumb like that. 09:13 am - Wheeeeeee *dead* So I didn't sleep at all last night. Was working on my giant production team project allll yesterday and alllll last night. Good news though, I did finish what had to be done for today. Now I've got three classes in one day! Ugh.... coffee time. Good thing it's so close to the end of the quarter.... guhhhhh. 04:24 pm - Me News: Blind Faith Overcomes Shipping Address Mishap That's a newspaper headline in my brain, by the way. So I ordered a new internet router (because my current one sucks and doesn't work with the DS) and somehow in my frenzy, Kirkland (my parents' house) got put on the shipping information instead of Seattle.(the apartment) However, everything else, (street name, address, zip code) were all for the Seattle apartment. I was a little worried, but I had faith in UPS to figure out that the zip code, building number, and street name were the correct parts. Turns out I was right, they tried to deliver it today. Unfortunately, I was at the school, trying to 3d model. D'oh. I'll get it tomorrow. In other news... actually, there is no other news. My DS died and I lost like 2 hours of Pokemon training last night, including beating the first gym leader... >_<;;; On the plus side, I didn't waste ALL my pokeballs trying to catch that stupid Onix. Also, my wireless router is just incompatible with the DS Wi-Fi. I hate that router so much, it's caused me so much grief over the time I've had it. So I'm getting a new one... guess it'll be here in a few days... until then, no internet Pokemons for me. Most of you guys live real close though, so I guess it's not really a problem except for like, convenience. >_>;;; Update: Caught the stupid Onix, with less losses. 08:47 pm - dentistry and conventionery. I had a dentist appointment today. On FRIDAY THE THIRTEENTH... Actually it went well. I'm cavityless another 6 months. Sakuracon is over, it was f'ing awesome. No pics, as I didn't feel like taking pictures this year, and didn't cosplay either. (I would have, but I got sick a week before the con during break, when I was gonna do my costume.) Definitely going to cosplay for the next con I go to. Current cosplay plans: Shunsui Kyoraku (Captain Lazypants) (Bleach) for summer cons. Ukitake (Bleach)(with candy!) for whatever cons I go to in the summer. "Sometime in the future" cosplay plans. Xigbar (Kingdom Hearts 2) With WORKING (nerf) GUNS OMG. The Tall Knight From the KH2:FM Secret Ending. (I'm INSANE.) Good times? Good times. Maybe next con I won't hang around the dealer's room the whole time. I just need to sleep for 12 or 13 more hours straight and I should be at least okay. Don't think I'm going to have time to do a costume for Sakuracon now, though. Crappo. 05:54 am - The Holidays Screw other holidays! Christmas FTW! No, but really. Hope everyone is having/had a great holiday season. So now, here I am at 5 in the morning, gonna get up in just a few hours and see if there's a Wii console for sale ANYWHERE in the Seattle area, and if I can get to it before someone else does. If anyone knows a better way to get a Wii before like, New Years, then I am ALL EARS. Save me from this searching and I will be eternally in your debt.
